Oliver Chong > 2008.05.07 - Day 25 : I've always enjoyed working with photoshop, even outside of photo editing. This is kind of a crossover as I see it. A photo that has been relatively heavily processed. I guess this is how I decided to make a boring photo interesting.
Oliver Chong > 2008.05.06 - Day 24 : The texture of the bark on this (birch?) tree is amazing. This evening provided several good photos that actually made it difficult to chose one to post. This one won out. This is a slightly different take on a photo Jeremy took a while ago.

Oliver Chong > 2008.05.04 - Day 22 : Well I missed putting up photos the past two days. This weekend has been the busiest in a long time. Friday I had intended to post a photo from the Red Sox game, but the start was delayed by 2.5 hours so by the time I got home it was 1am Saturday... and the game hadn't even ended yet. Anyways, today my girlfriend and I were at a bridal shower (which obviously became more a Jack and Jill, couples thing) so I am using a shot of our friends, the engaged couple.

Oliver Chong > 2008.04.30 - Day 18 : Time to balance out the last two inorganic subjects... With all the rain we has the last two days I was surprised the cherry blossoms survived. There are quite a few trees nearby that are in bloom.
Oliver Chong > 2008.04.29 - Day 17 : Several people asked about my lightbox early on and yesterday I got a few requests for a picture from some people outside of Smugmug so I decided it was time to post a shot. It is essentially identical to the design shown on DIYPhotography and Strobist. I use cromolux design paper as my backdrop, but anything that isn't too flimsy should work fine. Of course normally the flash is placed closer to the box (I usually place it to the side), but I wanted this to have some artistic merit.

Oliver Chong > 2008.04.27 - Day 15 : My beautiful girlfriend was kind enough to pose for today's picture. It's a very overcast Sunday in MA, but it makes for nice natural lighting.
