Mmmm... Irene made apple bread pudding!

I wouldn't dare try this shot with the 350D, but 1600 is very usable with the 7D.

The sky was very unsettled this evening, but it never made it to raining. I looked out of the office window and saw this cloud floating past so I rushed down to the top of the parking garage to take a clear shot.

Irene has been recovering from surgery on Monday. Many of our friends have sent flowers, but today an Edible Arrangement arrived. Naturally I had to take a few quick pictures before it was consumed.
Oliver Chong > 2009.4.2 - Day 355 :

We arrived in the Dupont Circle neighborhood of Washington DC for our long weekend, grabbed some dinner at a great little place called Rosemary's Thyme, and then hit the streets to check out the area at night. We would have liked to stay at this bookstore/restaurant, but we were so tired that we only quickly stepped inside.

It was obviously a popular local spot and a really interesting concept. Some people were there for the books, some for the food, and others just to listen to the music.

More to come...

See here for other pictures from the trip.

Oliver Chong > 2009.3.2 - Day ? :

Snow started falling yesterday afternoon and still hasn't stopped. Were currently around 12" plus there will be another 1-2" falling tonight. Even with that snow, this storm isn't expected to be the biggest of the winter since there was a larger in December and January.
